Terrible Service
Signed up with Sky for broadband partly due to incentives, one of which was a £75 amazon voucher. Joined Sky, no voucher. contacted Giftcloud, they told me they need to contact Sky for more info and that would take 10 working days, which ended on the 12th July. contacted Gift card twice now to chase up but no response! What terrible service. but i can see from the reviews that I'm not the only one who has had a bad experience

One star is too much
I placed an order for talktalk and mobiles.co.uk
I'm owed nearly £200 chased from day one nothing.
Told to wait nothing chased again cant find my details even though they found them before and I have emails back confirming.
Absolutely ridiculous...
I was supposed to get my £80 gift card 90 days later when I signed up with my TalkTalk broadband deal back in Feb. I have contacted TalkTalk and got referred to Gift Cloud and now Gift Cloud is sending me away to chase up another third party and expect me to resolve it myself. What a shamble! I hate to think that I will need to raise a complaint in order to get things done the way they should.

I wouldnt give them one star, what can i say and from the looks of things im not the only one who has had problems with this lot....
It started when i saw the offer of sigining up to sky broadband and after 90 to 120 days of confirmation of sign up i would be entitled to a £100 voucher, well the time had been and gone so i decided to contact them ie giftcloud with the only way i could...surprise surprise by email.
I recieved an email stating that they would need to go to sky to confirm that i have an account with them, a week had passed and low and behold they have come back to me to say that the broadband package i took was not included, well to my astonishment i spoke to sky who had advised that i am entitled to it and even they have said they have had problems with this lot.
I proceeded then to go to Consumer advice Scotland (thats where i live) and they have now referred it to trading standards and advised me to go to ASA advertising standards authority as i have a case againist them.
So in my eyes these are a bunch of crooks that say one thing and do another just to get a footfall through their system, i will be looking forward to seeing what trading standards and ASA have to say about this.

I received a no reply email acknowledging my purchases, but I havent received the gift cards yet. I have spent almost £500.

Giftcloud sorted my Vodafone voucher problem
Contacted Giftcloud when a voucher for becoming a Vodafone customer did not arrive. They sorted the problem with Vodafone, very happy.
Giftcloud scam voucher
I signed up for Vodafone broadband in January. It stated that I would receive a £50 voucher within 120 days. In fact I didn't until now.
My status is purchased after I contacted them and Daria responded that I should wait 120 days. Now its more than 120 days after my sign up. No voucher in a sight. No email, nothing in my spam folder.
Contacted them again, the automated messages replied. Seems too busy to reply as no one available.
Is this a joke, a pure scam?
Never believe this joke from Giftcloud again.

NO voucher and NO response
Signed up to virgin media back in March and the offer at the time was a £100 Amazon Voucher which we “should receive 120 days” after sign up. This has been and gone and no luck with regards to a response whatsoever using their email address??????
Now concerned we will not receive this £100 amazon voucher that we should be entitled to???

Giftcloud have been very helpful and dealt with my issue promptly. The error was with Vodafone not keeping their records up to date - but Giftcloud get the flack! Thank you for resolving my issue.

Same old story from giftcloud saying…
Same old story from giftcloud saying I’m not entitled to my gift card for getting broadband from Vodafone. Spoke to Vodafone saying everything thing is ok at there end, even sent them proof of the emails I received stating that I had purchased broadband. Total waste of time won’t trust them anymore. Vodafone says they have confirmed my purchase, you say otherwise I’ve got all the transcripts from my conversation with them asking me to contact you and issue my gift card.
This company is horrendous
This company is horrendous. This is the second time using them and the second time I have had the same issue. They don’t send the voucher you are entitled to. I have contacted them daily multiple times but I get the same response each time. Now patrycja says I’m entitled to my voucher and I’ll get it within 10 days, but Daria says they need to confirm my eligibility and to contact after 30 days.
Terrible terrible company. I have no idea why they are still running.
I went and returned from my holiday on the 17th June, they are absolutely horrendous and the staff are useless and really don’t know anything.

Total scam outfit. Signed up for Vodafone broadband as directed.
Never received the voucher.
Just emailed them and they replied i am not due it as there is no record of me signing up (even after I supplied my ref number)

Still not received my £100 prepaid…
Still not received my £100 prepaid mastercard from Giftcloud as part of a three promotion. Told on 3 separate occasions by three that my card would be emailed to me by the 22nd and 26th of June and still nothing. Giftcloud has not yet emailed me the card and having to chase everyday is frustrating and wrong.
